Coaching with me is not advice-giving and it’s not therapy. It’s a structured conversation where I ask the right questions, help you name what you already know, and translate that into a clear next step.

How sessions flow

Most sessions follow a rhythm:

  1. Where you are now — what you’re navigating, what’s stuck, what’s working.
  2. What you actually want — surfaced through specific questions, not vague aspirations.
  3. What’s in the way — internal patterns, external constraints, unhelpful narratives.
  4. The next move — small, concrete, doable this week.

We slow down where it matters and move quickly where it doesn’t. By the end you’ll have a defined direction, not just a “good talk”.

Who this is for

  • People who feel they’re spinning their wheels — high effort, low motion.
  • Career or life transitions where you have multiple right options and can’t pick.
  • Patterns you keep recognizing but can’t seem to interrupt.
  • Anyone who’s done plenty of self-reflection and now needs structure to act.

Who this is not for

I’m not a therapist. If you’re processing acute trauma, grief, or active mental-health crises, please work with a licensed therapist first or alongside this work.

What you walk away with

A specific decision, a defined next step, and the language to keep working between sessions. Often we’ll book a follow-up two or three weeks later to check what shifted — and what didn’t, which is just as useful.
